Genx Resource Corporation Enters Into Consulting Agreement

Dec 10 2006, Vancouver, British Columbia, GenX Resource Corporation, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GNXC), (Pink Sheets: GNXC),(Frankfurt "G8Y" WKN "AOLCPG"), announces it has entered into an agreement with Lynx Consulting, to handle all of the companies investor relations dealings.
The company has issued 500,000 fully paid non-assessable common shares as terms of the agreement. As well the company has offered warrants for the right to purchase 200,000 restricted common shares at a price of $.60/ share, and warrants for the right to purchase 200,000 restricted common shares at a price of $1.20/ share. All warrants are for a period of 2 years.
