(Pink Sheets: GNXC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Scott Carlson has agreed to join the Board of Directors and to act as President, Secretary, Treasurer. Pursuant to Mr. Carlson's appointment, Mr. Payne has resigned as President, Secretary, Treasurer and from the Board of Directors.

Mr Carlson's stated "I am very pleased with the direction the company is going and I am excited about the future".
